01 / PROJECT BRIEF
A complete kitchen package from GRACE’s factory
Breakfast starts with food ready for the first guests, followed by repeated replenishment. Restaurant orders arrive individually, while a meeting break can require drinks and refreshments together. For this Tanzania city-hotel brief, GRACE can organise these different demands around shared stores and preparation, with identifiable finishing and collection positions for each service.
GRACE manufactures commercial kitchen equipment and made-to-measure stainless steel work for these hotel duties. Our engineering and factory teams connect the selected appliances, fitted counters and utility information in one supply package, with production drawings, pre-shipment inspection and after-sales support behind the finished workstations.
02 / SERVICE & WORKFLOW
Keep breakfast changeover clear of restaurant finishing
Map the route from stores to preparation, cooking, holding and collection, alongside the return of used crockery. Then test the layout during the overlap between services. A bench that appears adequate before opening may already be occupied by refill pans, restaurant mise en place or used trays when the next order arrives.
Breakfast: first fill and repeated replenishment
List the dishes prepared before opening and those replenished during service. Put clean pans, refill staging and the holding position on the production side of the buffet route. Give emptied containers a return point so they do not occupy the bench needed for the next refill.
Restaurant: keep a finishing position available
Identify the preparation, oven time and plating surface required for dishes cooked to order. During breakfast close-down, keep those positions usable. A defined collection point lets service staff receive finished plates without reaching through cooks or using the chilled-preparation counter as a temporary pass.
Meeting breaks: assemble trays away from the pass
If the hotel serves meetings, record the break time, drink quantities and tray format. Group cups, beverages and refreshment assembly at a supporting counter. Review the return of cups and trays as well as the outward trip, particularly when a break coincides with restaurant orders.
03 / PEAK-SERVICE PLANNING
Size the equipment from the busiest shared service window
Room count alone does not describe the kitchen workload. Review the menu and the busiest period when two services overlap, then allocate oven cycles, preparation space and holding positions to that period. Confirm the following inputs before setting appliance quantities.
| Service | Input to confirm | Equipment and layout decision |
|---|---|---|
| Breakfast | First-fill pans, refill batch sizes, menu items and the time between replenishment trips. | Allocate oven batches and holding space while leaving a clear place to load and collect refill pans. |
| Restaurante | Likely order mix, simultaneous dishes, preparation needed before service and plate collection. | Reserve chilled working stock, cooking access and a finishing bench through breakfast changeover. |
| Meetings | Break time, refreshment menu, drink quantities and the return of cups and trays. | Assess a supporting assembly point and the extra washing load when the break coincides with another service. |
Use the actual recipes, usable tray loads and service timing to review the selected models. Catalogue tray positions and rack rates describe equipment configurations; the operating plan determines the combination the hotel needs.
04 / GRACE FACTORY CAPABILITIES
Factory manufacturing & complete kitchen supply
GRACE is a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer in Foshan, China. We bring equipment production, custom stainless steel fabrication and kitchen engineering together, supplying complete equipment packages from our factory.
Commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing
GRACE manufactures commercial kitchen equipment for hotel cooking, refrigeration and food holding. Our factory brings the selected production equipment together with supporting stainless steel work, giving breakfast, restaurant and function stations a matched equipment package built around their different service duties.
Custom stainless steel production
We manufacture preparation tables, sink benches, shelving, pass counters and dishwasher tables to the approved room dimensions. Material grade, sheet thickness, working height and finish are specified in the production details, with appliance openings and supporting frames made to suit the selected equipment.
Kitchen engineering for factory production
Our engineering team connects the 2D layout and 3D review to equipment specifications and factory fabrication drawings. Oven loading, chilled preparation, trolley movement and dish return become defined workstations, with dimensions and utility requirements carried through into the production and site documents.
Factory inspection & complete project supply
Factory quality control covers the equipment and fabricated work before dispatch, with checks against the agreed models, dimensions, workmanship and applicable operating functions. GRACE prepares the equipment, packing identification, installation information and manuals as a complete supply package, backed by after-sales and service-parts support.
05 / 3D DESIGN REVIEW
Read the working stations in the 3D views
The two GRACE references show different parts of a production-and-service arrangement. They help turn a discussion about equipment into a review of where staff prepare, cook, collect dishes and reach working stock. The room measurements and operating brief then guide the project layout.

Central preparation beside the cooking line
The first view places preparation surfaces, refrigerated counters and sinks within an island arrangement, with cooking equipment beneath the rear canopy. For a hotel brief, review which benches support pre-service preparation and which must remain available during cooking. Check oven-door movement, the path around the island and the place used to load a holding cart.

Chilled working stock and clean serviceware
The second view shows refrigerated counters below the working surface, a sink at one end and open shelving above. This arrangement gives a useful starting point for discussing ingredient access, clean plate storage and finishing. Coordinate shelf height, refrigerator ventilation and removable service panels with the staff positions and the final counter design.
06 / EQUIPMENT OPTIONS
GRACE equipment for the production and service stations
These GRACE models illustrate the equipment duties in the kitchen package. Our factory team develops the selected equipment build and made-to-measure stainless steel work around the agreed menu, capacities and room dimensions, with the specifications and site connections carried into the production documents.

Discuss equipment coordination →07 / FACTORY PRODUCTION & PROJECT DELIVERY
From production drawings to checked equipment and shipment
Factory engineering for the selected equipment build
The catalogue lists a 380 V, three-phase oven and a 380 V dishwasher, alongside 220 V refrigeration and holding equipment. The site engineer should confirm the selected versions, available capacity and connection positions. Coordinate oven water and waste, dishwasher services and extraction with that same model schedule. GRACE incorporates the selected build into the factory production specification.
In-house fabrication and pre-shipment inspection
GRACE manufactures the fitted worktables, sinks, shelves and equipment supports to the approved production drawings. Materials, dimensions, joints, surface finish and assembly are checked before dispatch, alongside the relevant equipment inspections. The resulting workstations combine factory-made equipment with metalwork produced for their actual positions.
Factory packing, shipment and after-sales support
GRACE identifies equipment and fabricated sections against the project list for packing and shipment. Installation and assembly information, operating and cleaning documents, and agreed service-parts references accompany the supply. Our after-sales team remains the factory contact for equipment questions, maintenance information and replacement-parts support.
