Share confirmed site-service information with GRACE before finalising configurations, especially where backup power or existing gas installations are involved.
04 / FROM MEETING TO PROPOSAL
Arrange a factory visit around your project.
Send your preferred dates and equipment interests when requesting a GRACE factory visit. Agree the location, visit agenda and demonstration arrangements with the team before setting out.
- Review the layout. Check equipment positions, access and service connections against your floor plan.
- Confirm the supply scope. Identify each model, fabrication requirement, included accessory and responsible party.
- Discuss delivery and support. Agree packing, inspection, installation responsibilities, spare parts and warranty terms.
Leave with a clear written proposal.
Request an itemised quotation with the delivery basis and named location. Confirm which transport, destination, installation and support costs are included, and have your importer review local charges. Record outstanding questions and agreed changes alongside the equipment schedule.

When can I meet GRACE at the Canton Fair?
GRACE’s current invitation is for 15–19 October 2026, Hall 19.1, Booth J29–J30. Send your preferred date to arrange a meeting. If you are visiting other exhibitors, check their own product categories and fair phases through the official Canton Fair website.
Can I discuss a complete kitchen project?
Yes. Bring your floor plan, menu, equipment list and target opening date. Use the meeting to discuss layout, equipment selection and the installation support required for your particular project.
Can I arrange a factory visit during my China trip?
Send your available dates and the equipment you would like to discuss. The GRACE team can review the visit arrangements with you and confirm the agenda and location.
