GRACE in the Press: From Dubai to a Global Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturer
From Dubai Roots to a Global Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturer
The strongest credibility a manufacturer can earn is the kind that comes from outside its own marketing. GRACE was profiled by regional business press in Foshan — the manufacturing heartland of China's commercial kitchen equipment industry — for the story behind a company now exporting to more than 130 countries.
A foundation built in one of the world's most demanding kitchen markets
Behind GRACE (formally Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd.) is founder Ms. Ying Chen. For more than a decade she worked in Dubai's commercial kitchen equipment trade, eventually building what became the UAE's largest one-stop procurement center for hotel and commercial kitchen supplies — serving an international clientele in one of the most quality-conscious hospitality markets in the world.
She later brought that hands-on procurement and sourcing expertise back to Foshan, China, establishing a manufacturing and export operation built around a single idea: supply the world's commercial kitchens with dependable, well-made equipment. More than fifteen years of accumulated industry know-how now sits behind every order GRACE ships.
Recognized by regional business press
That journey was the subject of a feature by Pearl River Business News (珠江商报), a regional business publication in Foshan. At the time of the coverage, GRACE's commercial kitchen equipment had already reached more than 60 countries — and the principle the founder described then still defines the company today: good products are needed everywhere, and quality Chinese manufacturing can deliver them to the world.
GRACE today
The company has grown well beyond that early milestone. What was 60+ export markets at the time of the coverage is now 130+ countries served, supported by a 22,000 m² production facility and a catalogue spanning hotel kitchens, bakeries, buffets, and food-court operations.
That growth is backed by independent verification rather than self-declaration — the kind of third-party validation that matters most to procurement teams and project developers managing risk on large fit-outs.
