We’re Exhibiting at Canton Fair 2026 — Visit Us at Hall 19.1, Booth J28-J29
What We’re Bringing to the Floor
The 139th Canton Fair opens April 15th — that’s three days from now. After months of prep, our team is heading to Guangzhou with equipment from across our full lineup, and we’re genuinely excited about what we’re putting on the floor this year.
We’ve exhibited at Canton Fair for years. What we’ve learned is that most buyers who come through remember the conversations more than the booths. So this time around, we’ve prioritized floor space for live demos over static displays — if you want to see how a unit actually performs, come by Hall 19.1, booths J28-J29.
Equipment on Display
Cooking equipment is getting the most floor space this year. Range tops, griddles, commercial fryers — we’ll have multiple units running live so you can see real BTU output and surface recovery performance. Buyers from the Middle East and Southeast Asia have been our strongest segment in this category over the past 18 months, and watching equipment heat up in real time is a better argument than any spec sheet.
We’re also bringing a strong showing of commercial refrigeration equipment. Hotel chains and ghost kitchen operators have been pushing hard for CE and NSF certifications — so about 18 months ago we started compliance work on several key SKUs. That process is now complete, and those certified units will be on the floor for you to inspect.

A few pieces from our stainless steel fabrication line will be on display too. Custom fabrication is something we can actually start quoting on-site — if you have a rough kitchen layout, counter dimensions, or a specific ventilation requirement, bring it to the booth and we’ll give you a same-day ballpark.
For buyers in the food processing or snack production space, we’ll also have samples from our food processing equipment range. This category has been growing steadily for us with clients in Central Asia and Africa over the past two years.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Canton Fair as a Buyer
We’ve spent enough time on the Canton Fair floor to have some real opinions about what actually works for buyers.
Come in the first two days. April 15 and 16 are consistently better for substantive conversations. Teams are fresh, booth stock is complete, and there’s time to actually sit down and talk specs or customization options. By day four, everyone is tired and half the samples are already packed up. If you want a real technical conversation about OEM arrangements or lead times, come early.
Bring your specs — even rough ones. A napkin sketch with kitchen dimensions, photos of your current setup, or a list of equipment you’re replacing. The more specific you are, the faster we can tell you whether something fits your situation and give you a realistic timeline.
Don’t lock in pricing at the booth. Canton Fair pricing conversations are usually exploratory on both sides. Get specifications nailed down first, then follow up with a formal written quote after the fair. We always honour fair-week discussions in writing — just say so before you leave the booth.

If you want to book a specific meeting slot rather than walking up during open floor hours, message us on WhatsApp: +8615976627349. We monitor it during GMT+8 business hours and can usually confirm a time within a few hours.
Whether you’re actively sourcing commercial kitchen equipment right now or just starting to explore options, come by the booth. No hard pitch — just real equipment worth seeing in person, and a team that actually enjoys talking through kitchen projects.
